Pet sitting and dog walking are services that provide care for pets when their owners are unavailable.

Pet Sitting

Pet sitting involves looking after a pet in the owner’s home or in the sitter's home. Services typically include:
  • Feeding: Providing meals and fresh water.
  • Exercise: Playing with pets or taking them outside.
  • Companionship: Keeping pets company to reduce anxiety.
  • Health Monitoring: Observing for any signs of illness or distress.
  • Administering Medications: If needed, giving pets their prescribed medications.

Dog Walking

Dog walking focuses specifically on taking dogs out for exercise and bathroom breaks. Services generally include:
  • Scheduled Walks: Regular walks, often on a daily or weekly basis.
  • Socialization: Allowing dogs to interact with other dogs and people.
  • Behavioral Training: Reinforcing training commands during walks.
  • Safety: Keeping dogs secure and preventing them from running away.

Both Pet Sitting and Dog Walking services offer pet owners peace of mind, ensuring their pets are well cared for in their absence.

Currently, we offer pet sitting services for a number of pets including but not limited to dogs, cats, avians, farm animals, equines, pocket pets, reptiles, and more! I do not currently offer pet sitting in my home but am more than willing to do drop in visits or pet sitting at your home. I am comfortable handling dogs and cats of all shapes and sizes (cats for pet sitting only obviously). I also can administer medical care and medications to pets as needed and prescribed. I have experience with puppies and kittens all the way to senior pets. I also have experience taking care of special needs pets both personally and professionally. For locations where I need to travel more than 30 minutes away, there will be a travel fee of 50 Cents per mile.
